Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the marketing website operated by Moneify (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at moneify.ai and related subdomains (the “Site”), including joining our waitlist.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to agree to these Terms. The Site is not intended for anyone under 16.

The service

The Site provides information about our products and lets you express interest by joining a waitlist. Features, timelines, and availability may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer where prohibited or a guarantee of future functionality.

Separate terms and policies will apply if you later use our mobile application, integrations, or other services; we will present those before or when you enroll.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or the Site’s underlying infrastructure.
• Introduce viruses, scraping at a scale that burdens the Site, or other harmful or abusive activity.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Harvest or misuse email addresses or other information from the Site without permission.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for temporary viewing as part of normal browsing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ANY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Financial insights or examples shown on the Site are illustrative and not personalized advice.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MONEIFY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moneify and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
